I hope you can find some other coping things
Maybe listen to happy up-beat music? Or music that you just like Maybe napping? I usually take naps when I’m stressed just to ge5 my mind off it for a bit
Maybe have a snack? Watch some yt or whatever you like to watch
Idk these are some things I do
