I’m just slowly falling apart

So I’ve been having to wear a brace on my right wrist for a while because I over rolled my wrist and I was told that if I wanted my wrist to heal properly I had wear a brace and just today I was spinning my flag during my color guard class and I accidentally whacked myself in my face really close to my eye and now I have a bump that’s a lil purple right above my left eye. Yee I’m just getting hurt a lot lately

It’s no as bad as my friend breaking his wrist on a hoverboard. even though he had a brace on for a big part of the summer I still laugh at that memory to this day because he looked like he was having a seizure on it.
