Blue Hedgehog and a orange fox in ooze

I was running from an intruder in my house that attacked my mom and dad,but I saw a truck that said TCRI, and it actually went off the road and fell over, then a green Canister splash from the ground, and what I saw is a blue hedgehog and an orange fox that had the green ooze that covered there bodies.
