I can’t play roblox anymore :((((((((((

I need to update roblox in the app store but I can’t because apple is literally broken and is giving me this message which says “Your Apple store account is disabled” it literally said that for no reason and this is a brand new iPad which was never used and I can’t play roblox until I update it but I can’t
