This is starting to tick me off😤

So... something that very few people know about me is... I have a twitch...
well it’s not really a twitch, I can control it... it’s kinda hard to explain, but I randomly feel the strong almost unescapable urge to vibrate my hand or move something...
usually it’s my hand... if I stop resisting it my hand just start shaking violently... sometimes it happens with my legs or even I just have to move... it gets worse if I’m cold or have eaten quite a bit of sugar...
but recently it’s been a lot worse... I’ve been “twitching” my hand a lot and it’s actually kept me awake at night...
it’s starting to get annoying tbh
