Some backstory on this OC
This OC that you don’t know the name of yet, is in fact named ________ but people call him Zil, he hates it when he gets called by his full name.
Zil at the age of eight, stabbed his bullies to death in a burst of anger. He used the pencil to stab each of their foreheads multiple times.

Zil by the request of his family
was thrown into a heavy insane asylum.
After weeks of normal treatment, they began the treatments that some people would even call torture.
They performed electroshock therapy, by sticking a needle in his eye socket, and sending electric shocks through his brain, causing many seizures,
His eyes naturally became bloodshot, with blood even dripping from them
The doctors had not performed the therapy correctly and caused spmething to happen within Zil’s eye
His eye was no longer bloodshot, but his iris.
His eyes were no longer pink with blood, but his iris (The colored part of your eye) was a shining blood red
The doctors tried to perform the Electroshock therapy one more time, and before they strapped him in all the way,
Zil was able to grab the needle which had a nearly lethal dose of insuling in it,
and injected the insulin into one of the doctors brains, and after the doctor was basically dying
Zil stabbed him until he was completely dead.
The other doctor began to run. Zil had tears in his eyes, but began to laugh at what he had done.
He began to laugh at the doctors body,
Zil saw the doctor still running about to reach the main rooms where the phones were.
Zil chased the doctor as fast as he could, with the needle still in his hand, he threw it at the doctor, missed and couldn’t catch up.
The doctor called the police, but Zil was gone.
Reports say that there is always a figure, with one bright yellow eye, and one eye covered with hair, and dripping blood.
They say the figure, has grey makeup covering every part of his body that is not clothing,
The figure has lipstick on his bottom lip, similar to a clown.
The figure has red streaks of makeup from their eyes to their smiling mouth.
The figure resembles a clown.
Every time somebody sees the figure in the asylum, a doctor goes missing.
Right before a doctor goes missing, reports say, all they see in the darkness, is a bright, red, eye
That figure, is Zil.
