I have this really werid thing

I'll be dreaming and just while I'm in bed I'll be in a spot,Then it's like I cant move,I'll try but I come back to my original spot,Then I get a dream where I'm being killed,Then I try to wake up from it and I do,So Then I dont wanna go back to sleep cuz I dont want it to happen again,Anyone know how to fix it or what it is?

I’m sorry I don’t know how to fix it but what always works for me when I want to get about of a bad dream and want to wake up just squeeze your eyes as hard as you can! Always works for me!
