Does anyone know how to turn if the f*cking parental mode??

My mom set up the parental mode on my phone and now we can’t turn it off because we don’t remember the password for it, so now I cant open the AnimeMaker home page because it says “access restricted” and its so f*cking annoying 😑😒🖕
