I don’t have a name for this guy but he’s my new OC

He was born blind his Parents were alcoholics he had to transfer schools because people bullied him and treated him really badly he ran away and never came home he couldn’t see anything and he got his arm stuck He cried for help and cried for help for two hours straight and then a local doctor picked him up his arm was all twisted and scratched bruised even he woke up and he actually saw something for the first time ever he looked over at his arm it was all metal he realize that they put goggles over him to where he could see that changed his life but the metal arm sprung into action and launched and grabbed a glass of water because he was thirsty it’s stretched all the way to nine Feat if you felt a glass of water you pulled it back and drink it like it was the best drink of his life.11 years later. You’re still in the hospital but he needs to transfer to the mutant facility they treated him really badly they gave him shots they were drugs that didn’t even help him with any thing he wasn’t even sure if he had any problems he sat down quietly while they gave him his shot he hated his parents and wished that they would die but he saw someone that looked exactly like his dad he went on a rampage and killed the man later to found out it was his father trying to steal him back then they don’t have a new nurse to give him his shot the end 😋😋
