Low key kinda scared

So yesterday I was outside sitting on my trampoline,on the phone with one of my friends, and I was out there for a bit then my friend told me she had to go soon so we were starting to end our conversation. While we were ending our conversation, my dogs started to do this low barking at our fence, which I took notice to it but just thought some of our neighbors were walking around the neighborhood (my neighbors tend to do that a lot) but we ended the call and I sat on my trampoline a bit longer, going through notifications and checking random stuff. Then my dogs start to do that low barking again. I had decided it was time to go inside because it was kinda getting dark, so I get off my trampoline and started my walk over to the door, but I’m kind of the curious type so I started walking back to the fence to see if I could find what my dogs where barking at. I kid u not I was like six steps away from the fence and I see this rainbow curly hair pop over the fence view and I immediately Thought “Oh heck no!” And ran to my back door. Honestly I wouldn’t have been so spooked about this but my friends have been talking about how the 2016 clown craze is coming back and that just... no, NO THANK U!!!!
