To go down the ladder in The dark.
take a few steps.
Turn off the fan.
Climb up the ladder.
Curl up in blankets and start crying again.
all WITHOUT being attached by the monsters under my lofted bed...
Which... there’s a lot of room down there... there could be multiple and bigger ones
