So for the lore of this one:

This one doesn't really have much story to it???? It's more of a filler thing really- but it DOES establish the idea that Sen is attracted to Comet so yeah,,

He actually thought that Comet was a girl for a short time, judging by his feminine voice and appearance. (he finds out Comet's a male eventually- but he still likes him) He likes to tease and taunt his victims first before killing/capturing them, which is what he does to Comet.

The thing is, is that he takes wayyy to long in catching him for Scepticor, to the point that he starts having feelings for Comet and starts warming up to him overtime.
