I can relate, I’ve been having a lot of mental breakdowns lately, but what I did is think to myself, “Ok, you’ve been feeling pretty bad lately, but don’t feel guilty! You know you want to do this, so you’re not putting everything off!” A good nap also help, and don’t forget crying is a coping mechanism! So don’t e afraid to just let it all out! We’re all here to support you! (Oh Jesus this ended up being longer that I wanted it to-)
