Part of the last paragraph I had to write if you want to read it
They were times when you felt alone and helpless. That helplessness and lonesomness was often overpowering. It was never fun when I returned to the darkness in life but it helped me grow as a person showing I can’t hide forever. My covers can’t hide me from this darkness and I learned to walk instead of run to get out of the darkness. Running can make you fall deeper into that pit of despair that you desperately try to avoid. Walking helped you accept it and learn how to help it leave. It was never truly gone but just enough to help to get through to the light. That darkness is actually my friend that shows me what I am and that I am just being human. No one can take it away or erase it for it is a part of you because you are just human like the rest of us.
