I am panik rn I’m the only person in my house and I keep hearing the upstairs creak

I do have two possible reasons why
Reason one:I could be hallucinating all the creaks cause I’m tired and that they aren’t real
Reason two:someone broke in my house
I feel panik and am in danger

But I am starting to think the second reason is less true cause I have dogs that either bark or go to the door or wherever there’s a noise so I’m more on the hallucination side
