Look I know that sometimes things don't work but you still need to try
Think it as a video game
You play multiple levels you don't enjoy but when you play a level that you think is really good well that makes it so good to be here
Not lots of people have motivation to feel great but I think there is always a spark that will always stay and it reminds you to not give up
