have you ever heard the "Pale blue dot" speech?
it kinda goes through those points

Don’t mind me,just wondering about life and haw o could all possibly be a simulation and nothing in the world is real...wait am I breaking the fourth wall of life?

Think of life like a game
You only have one life
The goal is to keep your character happy, healthy, and/or safe
You have 100 hp
Every time you hurt yourself, you lose hp
Hurting yourself will get you the bad ending
Losing hp is really important, so don't lose hp on purpose
Mistreating others will also give you a bad ending
Getting a bad ending will make you suffer depending on what you did
Getting a good ending will mean that you completed your goal
Killing yourself on purpose is a neutral ending
Neutral ending is bad though
You always want the good ending

I hope this comment prevented ppl from commuting suicide or hurting others
