How to do my oc (Head)

1. Make a circle with the colour shown
2. Fill and make spines (3 or more) and fill
3. Fill ears (Outer) them make some stretched semi circles for inner then fill
4. Use white in a semi circle with a triangle in the middle, make 4 squares for holes and a tilted square for the gem and fill
5. Do pattern inside design (BTW THE DESIGN IS NEEDED)
