I'm insanely stressed

I have been hustling with school, i have an extremely suicidal friend who'm i love very much and I'm trying to keep her alive.also i have to get rid of my fat by working out.i lost like 10 pounds already but i wanna be my best self so i keep going also... I thank you for understanding 💗
