quawan charles was missing from Friday, October 30th in Baldwin. Family members were told he left with a 17 year old friend and his mother without Charles’ mother’s permission.
Charles was found dead in a rural area off Ed Broussard Road near Loreauville three days later on November 2nd.

This boy, deserves his justice, HE WAS ONLY 15, HE STILL HAD A LIFE TO LIVE, HE WAS MURDERED, THEY ARE TRYING TO PUT IT OFF AS HE DROWNED, WHEN YOU SEE HIS FACE, THAT IS NOT DROWNING, YOU CAN SEE HIS TEETH THROUGH HIS CHEEK, HE WAS MURDERED BY THAT MOTHER AND HER 17 YEAR OLD.
