When Ari stabilizes himself his mind can switch around a bit

It can cause him not to see things like blood and it would be replaced by something he usually sees. At very rare chance it could erase a memory or two but it was always erase what he did when unstable unless given something that will flash what happened back into his mind. When unstable he will gain uncontrollable hunger which can cause mass murder eating the flesh of people he has killed, he cannot speak clearly when unstable.
