Well, thank you for the advice.

One time during quarantine I was on my phone WAYYYY TOO MUCH... so much that my head hurt whenever I wasn’t on it??? So I continued to use it but after I went off of the phone to go to bed it hurt even more... so maybe just go outside and draw in a sketch book, or go out to eat idk do what you want that’s just what I did lol..l
