I don’t get it

Why is everyone against me trying out a new look? I was just seeing if it looked good and then TWO PEOPLE said “No you shouldn’t” and “No you must not”. It’s ridiculous! I got two negatives just because I was TESTING. I don’t have a single comment on that post that say it’s even FINE!
