All I know, is I wanted to make a kawaii cat with these colors. It could me more kawaii thou but idk how to make it more kawaii... any tips?

Yeah, focus on the eyes I think, make it more cute, big and "glittering" eyes are cute.
Also you can reduce the height of the body and make the head bigger.
