It may sound boring but if you read books that talk about things you enjoy, or take interest in (it can just be a random book too) will help!
Also, surrounding yourself with good people will set u on the right track, because the people we talk with are gonna make a big impact on life and how we live it. Having plants in your room are good to because they provide clean and fresh air to breathe, pretty decor, and they give balance and peace! Having a clean room, makes u feel more organized and under control. And whatever you do, donβt surround yourself with toxic people, someone once said βshow me your friends, and iβll show you your future.β . Gratitude is so amazing, along side journaling. Journaling your thoughts or how your day was is good for your mental state & mind to keep it happy and healthy! Meditation along naps can help you refresh your mind. Listening to peaceful music can also help with keeping you happy! π having a hard time going to sleep? Try watching hypnosis videos and or oddly satisfying things or asmrs! When sleeping, relax your body and muscles, and try not to think about things, have a nighttime ritual to make yourself as comfy possible!
