why do people ask you to follow them?! its annoying

if you are one of those people that ask "CaN yOu FoLlOw Me AnD i FoLlOw YoU bAcK?" its really annoying so please stop and im not gonna folliw you smh, i follow people for a reason, its because they have good art or they are my friends.
