Sorry if this offends anybody but I've been haunted by creatures like this and all I did was turn on the light and stay in it

Oh the dark? They're always gonna be there, no one can get rid of them, not even role-playing like almost everyone does. Also I have sleep paralysis, demons and shadows are the only thing I see when I have a good sleep.
