Am I gonna go to hell?

I'm not saying this for attention I'm saying this because I'm warning you guys I might be a physo, cuz I've been getting scared of normal people, and happy of crazy people. 6 weeks ago, I grabbed a knife while I was putting them away, and while no one was there, I grabbed a knife and started cutting my thumb and finger for NO reason and smiled... the more years go by, the worse I am.
