Elemental Spirit Animals part 1

Things my brain made up which are 'Elemental Spirit Animals'. They are basically spirit animals that can use certain elements.

Back Story: There's a legend where our spirits are out the in the universe trying to find their bodies.
And we have a spirit animal assigned to us all. But it is said that there could be mythical spirit animals as well although there was only with 1 of each mythical spirit animal in the world. Will they use it for good or evil?

Main Story: One Elemental Spirit came to earth and used what looks like lasers to cut into the earth making a hole, I wonder what it the hole is for?
