Usually if you get a cramp your not eating much bananas, to help a cramp you have to cool it down so an ice pack would work, and a headache, usually I don't listen to sounds that are loud it mostly happened because your either yelling or sick I think, so

I feel like they're was some kinda thing on good mythical morning they said is suppossed to help headaches but i can't remember if it was one that worked or just a myth... It was yesterday's episode XD i can't remember what it was eitherXD

I'm always in pain so I can't help XP
