I dont eat much because I dont feel hungry when I dont feel hungry and im not a breakfast person and me loosing alot while not having the energy was probably part of the reason I went out so fact just like that
I just wasn't eating enough, turns out feeling completely fine after 18 hours of not eating is actually bad and it being that chick month thing it kinda screwed with me, I dont think im diabetic
