It's so visually appealing and I love all the colors and the outfits. The expressions I see can be so amazing and really pull me into a certain mood!
Now onto the flaws and because I can't stick to one category you'll have more compliments in the end-
I can see that a lot like me, you don't seem to really draw backgrounds. They are extremely hard to draw for me, and that might be the case for you as well, but I think it would be good to try and draw some background and scenery drawings. Most of your expressions also seem to be lacking, I feel more drawn to the pictures with emotions shown on the characters faces, and you do have quite a few of those pictures. You obviously have anatomy down very well, though the faces may need a little more work (like mine). One last thing is the poses. I don't really see any poses. Try to go for a super wild pose, even if you just keep it in your drafts or delete it later, it will help you a lot.
Now, basically all of these problems are extremely common, and you already have a very good understanding of a lot of things that may also be common problems. From what I have seen from the hands they are really good, your shading is beautiful, the lighting you do is great, and you draw anime a lot better than I can, I may or may not be a little jelly of that...
