You have some really beautiful backgrounds but they don't seem to be more than the sky or the sea. You also seem to have a really good grasp of color theory as your colored drawings are beautiful and while you tone other colors up in saturation, you seem to tone others down which I wish I had known about when I had first started coloring my art.
You'll need to work on anatomy, which is not too hard to learn, but it is something that most people have trouble with. I'd say try to do a self portait. Draw yourself in the mirror in a sketchbook or something. Obviously a main struggling point for most people is hands, and you seem to have that as well. Try drawing your own hands in real life. Obviously backgrounds seem to be a popular problem as well, as I also can't draw very good backgrounds and I usually don't draw them. Maybe draw your room and the outside world. I can see you're trying to shade and it actually looks like pretty good shading, but first you might want to establish a light source and anywhere you don't see the light would be hitting will be in shadow.
Obviously I suggest you choose to work on one thing at a time, and when you think you're doing really well in that category you can move onto the next one without a problem. Hope this was helpful!
