Your backgrounds are amazing, your shading is really good, and the hair you draw is so FLOOFY! You can really show your characters personalities just by what they wear, and the color of their eyes and hair.
Anatomy is your main struggling point, and actually I can't think of any other struggling point you may have. Maybe posing? Your facial expressions are always super good! Obviously for the anatomy, look at youself as reference. Look in the mirror and do profile, front and three quartersas much as you can, and use other people for back and the midpoint of back and profile. Draw your hands as much as possible and draw your own anatomy whenever you can. Arms and legs and even feet. For posing, go for something as wild as you can without making it bizarre. Hope it helps!
