Your art is very cute, and you have pretty good anatomy! Your expressions are very cute and you tend to pose your characters pretty well! Your shading and lighting are really good and you sometimes draw pretty good backgrounds!
I would definitely suggest drawing your hands realistically and try to study anatomy a little bit more. Your hair is usually really good but you do need to remember it is usually behind everything else, so try shading it either a little more or a little less depending on where the light source is. Maybe work on your backgrounds just a little more
