Okay, I'm going to say right here and now- Your backgrounds are amazing, your anatomy is beautiful, your shading and lighting when you do it is flawless, the shapes you use are so fun!
The only things I would suggest you work on are expressions(though you do them really good just with the eyebrows) the poses, and the hands. Try to go for a super wacky pose if you can, maybe one that most people can't do, but make sure it is possible for at least some people-
And as for the hands, like I've said with many other people, look at your own hands and draw them realistically whenever possible! Hope this was helpful!
