Your shading and lighting are really good and your scenery and backgrounds are amazing!
I would definitely say to work on expression, poses, and anatomy.
As I have said for most people, with the posing, go all out! Make a crazy looking pose but make sure it's possible!
Expressions, same thing! Make your characters look super mad or absoloutely elated! Make them terrified or make them so relaxed you don't even realize they're there at first!
For anatomy, make sure to use yourself as reference. Look in the mirror for help with realistic faces and draw your hands and arms as realistically as possible, shape shading, and muscle. Look at your torso. Ribcage, stomach, collar and etc.
