You have a really cute style, and your expressions are always really fun to see! You don't always color things but when you do, it's amazing! Same goes with your shading, though I would say to shade as you see the shapes rather than shade as you see a flat silhouette.
I don't think I've seen many backgrounds from you, maybe try to draw them sometime, whether you keep it as a draft or you just put it in a sketchbook.
Your posing and anatomy need a little work, but your hands are pretty good (really good for your age) and you can draw muscles pretty well! Your heads are pretty good too, but work on them whenever you can along with the bodies. I will say that the bodies you draw need quite a bit of work. Use yourself as reference. Your arms, your hands, your shoulders, torso etc.
For the posing I would say as I have for basically everyone who has trouble posing, draw your character doing some extremely wacky pose, something that a sane person wouldn't do. Hope this helps!
