It's ok to not like yourself, I hate myself loads so I get it. I don't know if this will make sense or help but this is what I try to think when I get really bad with myself. You see yourself everyday and have the time to look up close and see everything wrong with yourself I think cause of that we get bored of our appearance and get more critical of ourselves but to others we look a load better and to some our personalities make us more attractive so even with how critical you are of yourself I bet others disagree.
