Happy can be sad.
Sad can be mad.
Mad can be sad.
It’s ok.
Ik this sounds horrible, but when I’m sad, I fake smile. I fake smile for as long as I can before it starts to hurt. Then, I drink some tea and watch Netflix, or text my friends.
