I’m to the final stage of my mood swing...

I’ve noticed... my bad moods swings have stages..
I haven’t really figured the other stages out, but they always end with (or at least I think they end with) a mood where I’m just really sad and lonely...
like.. that sounds childish, but that’s the easiest way to describe it..
It’s the most preferable out of all the stages... cuz I’m not angry or irrational or upset for no reason..
it’s not fun, but it’s not as bad as the other stages...

I ish sad and lonely now
