Shadow man storytime (real experience)

I woke up around 1:20 last year and I saw a figure outside my door
I thought it could be my mom because she comes in and turns off my lights at this time
But then I realized my lights were all off...
The figure slowly creeped its way around my room until it was at the end of my bed
It slowly made its face closer and close to my face
It was what felt like 2 inches from my face
I quickly tried to punch it and run into my moms room
I always have my lamp on because of it
We have moved from that house but I fear it still lives in my new house
I slept in my moms room that night but I still saw him creeping around my moms room
One thing that makes me feel like this was paranormal is the fact that my door was shut as tight as possible that night and my cat doesn't have that kind of strength and my mom was still sleeping
