My arm is so sore rn i hate it

I went to a really fun gaming place for my brother's birthday and i found this really cool clown game , and i threw to hard on each shot n it backfire the next day
I woke up n now its really sore. My family is having the same problem.
Now i can barely lift it or draw
Well i just have to be careful 😭😭😣🤧🤧
