Sorry if you don't want cold hard advice but that's my default::
-Maybe try saving up for some noise blocking ear things, if you don't have money I can try setting up a paypal or sumn to send you some
-A grounding box can help alot:: nice smelling things, nice memories, stuffies, sensory stuff, etc. (I can go into more detail if you'd like)
-Having a safe place that's quiet and quickly accessible? Even if it's just the outdoors or with some stuffies
-Have some nice things written down to read when you're feeling terrible (poems, compliments from friends, etc.)
-If you're a very touch-drivib person, small things to hold can be great (detailed erasers, Shopkins, doll stuff, etc.)
-Essential oils, candles, and diffusers are amazing highly recommend
