my opinion about that neonpikachuuwu thing

so idk if this is true but if it is my theory is that neonpikachuuwu was PAID TO LIE!
cuz
1 neonpikachuuwu admitted that she got "scammed alot of times" and one of those scams is someone saying that they would give aj rares to neonpikachuuwu if she lied (or something)
2 a very fiew ppl follow the "fake neonpikachuuwu" SO SHE DOSENT WANT FOLLOWS!
3 She is in fact a good actor (cuz we roleplay alot in littlebigplanet 3)
is this a good opinion?

speaking of character dialog i found what could be proof that my theory is right
like these phrases:
"dont help her"
"theres nothing we can do"
"hv fun with her"
cuz theres nothing neonpikachuuwu can do to fix the fact that someone payd her to lie
and the phrase "hv fun with her"
means that neonpikachuuwu cant do anything about this.
is this theory right?
