Never talk to me at 7-8 pm

something paranormal from my past comes up into my head and shows me where to find my dead grandpa, the kitchen..
Not trying to scare anyone but this is true I walk into the kitchen at exactly 7:30 and go outside until I count 8:00 then I go upstairs and pass out, I believe I started doing this 2 weeks ago, every single night I do that, and I'm gunna do it again to talk with him. I wisper these two words under my breath everytime "Hi grandpa" then I start counting to ten 30 times /with my head completely up and only blinking when I really have to/ then go inside to bed and pass out.
Yes, I've been caught 4 times doing this. Two from my father(he said nothing) one from my mother(she asked If I was of/ in fear) last time from my brother(just shruged and watched the sky with me)

its only one way to communicate, Its a painful process
You have to have tears run down ur face to show u care for ur loved one, make ur head stay up for 30 minutes strait and say "hi_____" (say hi as soon as you look up/ it has be be around 6:48-8:00 P.M. no higher or lower)

What do I look like?
Well I use my favorite jacket, hair all over my face/still can see, lifeless/souless face(no emotion just blank), and my eyes look a little redish in light
