How to deal with depression and anxiety aswell as other things like that 💜
💜To deal with mental issues such as depression try to get more sleep because that gives you brain more time to file what's happening to you mentally for a child the average sleep time should be about 7 hours 🛏️🌜.Also don't keep how you feel all bottle up inside of you because that only makes it worse, talk to an adult you trust or a friend or even a family member, you should do this because talking to somone can let them know how you are feeling and then you can know they are always there for you if you need to talk about you feelings or anything that might worry you🥰. Additionally, try to meditate or do something that makes you go to your happy place. For me I imagin a sandy beach and I put my worries and stresses of the day into a jar which turns into sand which I throw into the ocean to be washed away ⛱️. Cheesy I know 🧀.💜I should know from experience hope this helps💜
