πŸ’œTo deal with mental issues such as depression try to get more sleep because that gives you brain more time to file what's happening to you mentally for a child the average sleep time should be about 7 hours πŸ›οΈπŸŒœ.Also don't keep how you feel all bottle up inside of you because that only makes it worse, talk to an adult you trust or a friend or even a family member, you should do this because talking to somone can let them know how you are feeling and then you can know they are always there for you if you need to talk about you feelings or anything that might worry youπŸ₯°. Additionally, try to meditate or do something that makes you go to your happy place. For me I imagin a sandy beach and I put my worries and stresses of the day into a jar which turns into sand which I throw into the ocean to be washed away ⛱️. Cheesy I know πŸ§€.πŸ’œI should know from experience hope this helpsπŸ’œ

I only did this BC I saw somone giving out really bad info on how to deal with that kind of stuff eg. Don't tell an adult like who does that anyway

I'm sorry and thx for Ur opinion I value it very much but I know what it's like to go through these kind of things especially depression so I just wanted to share how I got through that the awful times. I do try not to post these kind of things but since national mental health week was only last week I thought it was quite a good topic to talk about. Also specialist so very expensive and not everyone can afford them but thank uπŸ’œ
