that’s ok, I’m happy to help^^!! “On apple your phone has to be updated to the latest version 1.14 or higher” and “on Samsung you have to update the anime maker app”,, if you mean how I get my color shades I always go more grey and less saturated you can look up color pallets online if that help!! I hope this answers your question, let me know if you still need help :D
