First download a gif maker from the app store, then take screenshots of all the frames of an anime, then go to the gif maker, then tap images→gif, then select all screenshots from the anime! Then set speed for smooth. Then save it. Go anime maker and then change ur pfp. But leave the screenshots part. Go to gifs and select it! It's kinda complicated. But good luck!
