so cheering up is extremely hard to do with person who has depression, anxiety, And scopophobia(the fear of being stared at)

I cant, depression is stronger, even if I smile Its not gonna help the fact I'll start crying again.
Me smiling reminds me over and over that In my head I'm seeing my grandpa's smile and I cant help but start crying. Depression is actually worse than you think. If someone has depression you would know because they spend loads of time in their rooms crying bc ether they lost their loved one or they got it from being abused
